Very simple yet very effective for fat burning and strength building. I’ve done something like this before and made a ladder of 2 to 6 and 6 to 2 for the 3 exercises. I also did a pair with swings and squats and another pair with swings and push ups.
This is one of the most efficient home exercises anyone can do with one tool. I love my kettlebells! 😀
