This is very efficient. I’ve tried something like this minus the sprints.

Coach Berryhill Workouts

  • 10 kettlebell swings
  • 10 pushups
  • 10 pullups

do 5 rounds of above, then follow with:

  • 50 air squats
  • (10)  50-yard sprints. My rest interval between sprints was 30 seconds
