You know how everything gets fucked up by the rain? Well, the country’s being plagued by one right now and this is achingly similar to Ondoy. It’s actually very scary. People all over Facebook and Twitter have been stating how everywhere is flooded and all that. It’s crazy that even where I am, where flooding isn’t really usual, the water’s actually just reached the garage floors. It even leveled with the sidewalk now. I can only imagine what it’s like for others specially those who have no homes or bad sewage systems.
Ugh. Just read the whole story. It’s a shame the country voted someone knowing she hasn’t the experience. The only good thing that will come out of this is that she’ll be forced to actually exceed what is expected of her. And what is expected of her but to fail the senate game.
So people have been wondering how I knew this play was being shown here in the country. Here’s the truth: I didn’t. In fact, I did something a bit seedy and quite intrusive for me to know this little info but it was worth it. I simply needed to see this to prove something and I enjoyed it. It was actually my first time watching a play at the RCBC Plaza in Makati. I like the building and how it was a good place for a little time-wasting.
In a nutshell, I didn’t expect anything from this play at all. I barely knew the theatrical side of the Philippines and I barely had knowledge of the Snoopy-verse save for the character’s names. Heck, up until now, I even thought the whole “Peanuts” franchise was focused on Snoopy. Oh, how ignorant was I?

Let’s start the year right: HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL OF YOU! I went out early this morning (0520) for a good round of jogging. It’s funny because I’m pretty sure the fireworks and all the banging kept me up until 0100 but my body still managed to wake up 20 minutes before the alarm went off (0420).
I guess my Circadian Rhythm never fails to be consistent with regards to having just enough sleep which usually ranges from 6-7 hours.
Now on with the review. In this article, I’ll be talking about the Filipino pop culture favorite’s new book.
FIRST: Just because I listed them doesn’t mean I actually own them.
I’m not good with fashion. Hell, men aren’t generally good with fashion. That does not excuse us from having a few basic items though. Men think it’s all about expensive clothing when it really isn’t. It’s about the combinations, the types, and how you project them.
Below is a list I made up for those bare essentials a man should have inside his wardrobe. Even if you don’t have that much on hand to buy the really expensive brands, just having these will make you just as good as the next rich guy.
This video was made last year. I stumbled upon this when I was reading FAD‘s latest updates. I was ROFLing about how Olivia really NAILED the 3 words she could’ve been told to be a form of “greeting” in our country. It ain’t “MABUHAY” either. Just watch the first 30 or 40 seconds of the video. The rest is pretty much a waste IMO LOL
